OUR PROCESS

Once we've got all the paperwork sorted from the applicant, we'll send you a shared Google file for you to check out.
We'll set up a video chat or call to run through all the nitty-gritty details of the applicant's package.
Next up, we'll dig into background checks, references, work confirmation, credit history, and any extra digging needed.
You'll get a report summarizing all the findings.
Once the green light's given, we'll whip up a lease, throwing in any extra bits you fancy.
We'll shoot the lease over to you for a once-over.
When you are ready to go, we'll zap it electronically to the new tenant for a John Hancock. Right after that, it's in your inbox for the final nod.
