Total Property Solutions assists Real Estate Agents with getting their client's rentals occupied quickly.  We know that you are busy and understand how time-consuming leases can be.  So allow us to ensure you make money while we do the work! With our flat rate Standard Package option, we charge $1000 and you keep the difference. 

​We do not have an exclusive contract with you which means you can continue to still do your own showings if you choose.  We are an additional resource and if someone else leases it before we can, there is no fee to you.
